Ingredients

  • 1 cup quinoa, cooked
  • 2 cups mixed vegetables (sweet potato, broccoli, carrots)
  • 1 cup chickpeas, roasted
  • 2 cups leafy greens
  • 1/4 cup tahini
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • Water to thin

Instructions
